What You'll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, and mobility
  • Helping maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping and laundry
  • Providing medication reminders and observing changes in a client's condition
  • Offering companionship, conversation, and encouragement throughout the day
  • Documenting care provided and communicating important updates to the care team
What We're Looking For

  • Completion of a Home Care Aide (HCA) program or equivalent training and willing to obtain HCA
  • At least six months of caregiving, home health, hospice, or facility experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using electronic care notes
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others
