VP of Implementation

The VP of Implementation is an executive role responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all client implementation projects across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this position provides strategic direction for the implementation team, manages a portfolio of concurrent client implementations, and ensures projects progress predictably from planning through go-live and adoption. The role combines people leadership, project and program management, technical and data implementation experience, and executive client engagement. The ideal candidate is able to build scalable processes and team capacity while remaining close enough to the work to resolve complex implementation issues, support new and evolving products, and coordinate effectively across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
