📍 Based in Le Blanc-Mesnil | Healthcare Division | UPS

As Head of Healthcare, you will be the driving force behind our local development. You will connect global strategy with execution on the ground, with a high degree of autonomy and impact. The scope includes approximately 100 employees, organized into two teams and managed through two direct-report managers

• →Develop and retain strategic clients in the healthcare sector.
• →Manage commercial and operational performance across freight, parcel, and distribution activities.
• →Leverage data to guide decision-making and optimize results.
• →Identify growth drivers and market opportunities.
• →Lead, engage, and develop a team of experts.
• →Ensure service quality and compliance with the most demanding standards.

🎯 Candidate profile

• →Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or business.
• →Experience: At least 8 years in a leadership role or managing logistics, preferably in healthcare operations.
• →Leadership: Customer relations, ability to unite, inspire, and develop teams.
• →Analytical skills: Preferably with P&L holder experience, comfortable working with KPIs, reporting tools, and Excel.
• →Languages: Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
