Responsibilities

→Answer inbound emails and calls
→Utilize internal platforms to record and update customer activity.
→Liaise with UPS Depots, Billing teams, Brokerage, Hubs around the world to co-ordinate logistics processes and resolve any
→related issues.
→Preparation of business reviews and presentation of the monthly KPIs
→Dangerous goods queries and supporting a UPS dangerous goods specialist.
→Provide accurate reports to the appropriate Transportation teams
→Order shipping supplies, boxes envelopes etc.
→Preparing shipments for export and invoice documentation for customs clearance.
→Support with UPS tools - CampusShip and QVM.

Customer Service experience is essential for this role.
Brokerage experience (Import/Export) or experience within a logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Computer literate, with a good knowledge and experience of MS office packages and SAP
Friendly and professional telephone communication.
Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
