We're looking for caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop daily living skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences at home and in the community.

No previous DSP experience? We welcome caring individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We provide training and support to help you succeed.

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and daily support to individuals with special needs in home and community settings. You'll help promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create a safe, positive environment where each individual can thrive.

• →Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting
• →Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning and cooking
• →Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• →Encourage participation in recreational activities, games, crafts, and life-skills development
• →Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and social activities
• →Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
• →Follow individualized care plans and document services as required
• →Maintain a safe environment while following organizational policies and procedures
• →Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and fellow team members

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire
• CPR certification (training available)
• First Aid certification (training available)
• Article 9 certification (training available)
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when needed
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities
