Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Adult Primary Care

A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Glendale is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.

• $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus bonus potential
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Adult-only primary care patient population

• →Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
• →Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits
• →Manage acute and chronic conditions
• →Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
• →Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• →Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
• →Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• →Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic setting

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
• FNP or PA certification, as applicable
• Interest in adult primary care
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• New graduates welcome
• 2–3 years of primary care experience preferred
