Neurosurgeon - Phoenix, AZ

• →Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention.
• →Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures based on training and clinical expertise.
• →Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care.
• →Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.
• →Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies to guide clinical decision-making.
• →Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR.
• →Participate in shared call coverage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care.
• →Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentorship, research, or leadership opportunities as desired.

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery
• Spine Surgery residency/fellowship trained
• Arizona MD/DO license or eligible

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Eligible for hospital privileges
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

• Fellowship training in a neurosurgical subspecialty (Spine, Cerebrovascular, Functional, Skull Base, Pediatrics, or similar)
• Experience practicing in a multidisciplinary or integrated healthcare environment
• Interest in clinical research, physician leadership, or resident education
