Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus
Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
