- No cold calling. Ever. Every lead is warm and ready to talk. π€³
- Youβll spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you.
- Set 4+ appointments daily. Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling. ποΈ
- Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results. π
- Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast.
- Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
- Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly. π£οΈ
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Start strong with $26.80 an hour with uncapped commission potential. New heroes OTE for first year $70K. Top Superheroes soar past $100K. π
- Work-life harmony. 8-hour shifts between 8AM β 8PM MT, with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), 5-day workweeks.
