  • Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive.
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results. πŸ“ž
  • Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast. πŸ«±πŸΏβ€πŸ«²πŸΌ
  • Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
  • Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly. πŸ—£οΈ
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
  • Start strong with $26.80 an hour with uncapped commission potential. New heroes average $70K+ in their first year. Top Superheroes soar past $100K. πŸš€
  • Work-life harmony. 8-hour shifts between 8AM – 8PM your local time, with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), 5 day workweeks
