Heidelberg Materials Belgium is currently looking for a
to join the Recruitment team at our Headquarters located in Braine-l’Alleud.
Responsibilities

You organize and participate to the open positions intakes, in our headquarters or on our sites.

You source and attract candidates (blue collars, white collars and Management profiles), by using a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and other CV databases, with a particular focus on technical profiles.
- →
You conduct phone screenings (CV) and filter/assess potential fitting candidates for our open positions.
- →
You provide your feedback in our ATS Recruitee and interact about it with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner.
- →
You manage the feedback to candidates and organize interviews in case of positive outcome.
- →
You assess the candidates (SHL TalentCentral).
- →
You manage the candidates in the next steps our the recruitment process, in our ATS Recruitee.
- →
You prepare recruiting statistics and reporting for each recruitment on our open positions, in order to continuously improve and adjust the individual recruiting strategy, and you inform the HR Business Partner/Hiring Manager.

You support our HR Business Partners and the Recruitment Manager with various HR/Recruitment projects (employer branding – campus recruitment activities, etc.).

You manage our Talent pools in our ATS Recruitee.
