Production Planner (m/f/d) - Full Time

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient production workflow by coordinating priorities, managing work orders, and supporting timely delivery of customer requirements.

  Coordinate production workflow and manage work order creation and updates.

  Review production schedules, establish priorities, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

  Maintain stock levels for assembly items and support inventory availability.

  Work closely with Production, Sales, and Asset teams to resolve issues and expedite requirements.

  Monitor daily production status and follow up on missing components.

• →

  Communicate product-related issues and support quick resolution.

• →

  Prepare allocation and production-related reports.

• Few years of business experience, ideally within electronic distribution or manufacturing.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills.

• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
