ABOUT THE FAMILY

A loving, close-knit family based in Elkhorn, NE (Omaha metro) is expecting premature twin girls via planned delivery no later than July 2026. The twins will have a NICU stay following delivery and will require attentive, knowledgeable newborn care upon discharge. The family also has an 18-month-old daughter at home.

Mom is a stay-at-home parent who will be actively involved in the household and childcare. Dad operates a family business and occasionally travels. Extended family including grandparents are nearby and frequently present. The household is warm, organized, laid-back, and professionally cleaned monthly. The family lives in a neighborhood with parks, playgrounds, and is installing a pool.

Children will not attend daycare — this role is in-home support alongside the stay-at-home mother.

THE ROLE — PHASE BY PHASE

Phase 1 — Immediate through twin arrival (July 2026)
Primary focus on the 18-month-old toddler. Supporting household routine while mom is hospitalized prior to delivery. Working alongside dad and extended family members at home.

Phase 2 — Twin arrival through NICU discharge
Continued toddler care and household support. Supporting the family as mom goes back and forth between home and the NICU. Calm, steady presence during a high-stress transition.

Phase 3 — Babies home (full scope)
Full care of all three children — 18-month-old toddler plus premature twin newborn girls — alongside stay-at-home mom. This is the primary, ongoing scope of the role.
