You do not need to share this faith, but you must be genuinely comfortable honoring it in your daily interactions with the children.

This is a busy, active household with three children across different ages and developmental stages. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys the dynamic of a multi-child home, adapts naturally between age groups, and brings consistent warmth and structure to each child individually. • Legal, on-the-books pay all compensation is processed as W-2 employment
• Guaranteed hours candidates are hired with a committed, defined schedule
• No hour banking hours worked are hours paid; time may not be banked or deferred
• A clearly defined Work Agreement outlining duties, schedule, compensation, and household expectations prior to the start date
• Overtime compliance all applicable federal and state overtime laws are observed
• Mileage reimbursement required for any role in which the caregiver is asked to drive children or run household errands
