Agent Deployment Expert

At HelloPrint, we are building the world’s largest platform for customised print products. We are one of the front-runners in AI adaptation in the Netherlands, and we’re currently transitioning towards a fully AI-first way of working, where automation, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation become core to how every team operates.

To lead this, we are looking for a team of exceptional Agent Deployment Experts, true AI-fluent business professionals who can continuously identify opportunities, implement AI solutions, and drive measurable business impact across the company. This is not a traditional role, but is a high-impact, high-ownership position for a very small group of exceptional builders who want to be at the forefront of AI transformation. 

As an Agent Deployment Expert, you live and breathe AI in all your veins. You’ve grown up with computers as a part of your body. Within this role, you will be responsible for improving how HelloPrint fundamentally operates at its core. Your focus is simple: ship solutions that make us faster, smarter, and more scalable. 

You will:

  Use your commercial sense to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and chances across Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, Operations and every other relevant part of the business

  Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools that deliver measurable impact

  Own the full lifecycle: idea → implementation → rollout → optimisation

  Continuously test, evaluate, and deeply understand new AI tools

  Train teams and ensure adoption of new ways of working

  Replace manual processes with scalable, automated systems wherever possible

• You have a clear demonstration of your determination and performance in various aspects of life (sports, hackatons, games, entrepreneurship, anything)
