Field Training Managers are responsible for sales of HVAC jobs for a team of HVAC Service Technicians. Field Training Managers operate independently in the field conducting in-home sales presentations and selling our products and services. Field Training Managers compensation is 100% commission based. HELP provides sales and leads to the HVAC Technicians who will work under a Field Training Manager that will develop their team of technicians to set up those leads for that Field Training Manager.

- →Oversee technicians’ recommendations, and present to the homeowner on behalf of technicians when needed
- →Present customer with multiple purchasing options including financing
- →Understand company products offerings to maximize customer experience
- →Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
- →Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction
- →Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Requirements

- Successful candidates make $150K-$250K per year

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
