We are looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Lead Technician to join our HVAC department. Responsibilities

→Lead and complete HVAC-related insulation jobs including duct insulation, air sealing, and attic or crawl space insulation.
→Oversee and train insulation technicians and helpers on job sites.
→Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
→Ensure proper material usage and inventory tracking for each project.
→Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety in the field.
→Conduct final job site walk-throughs with customers or supervisors.
→Identify issues or improvements that will increase energy efficiency and job quality.
→Coordinate with HVAC Install and Service teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
→Report job status, material usage, and team performance to department leads.
→Ensure compliance with building codes and company quality standards.

Requirements

3+ years of insulation experience, preferably in HVAC applications.
Previous experience leading a crew or job site strongly preferred.
Knowledge of various insulation types (fiberglass, cellulose, foam board, etc.).
Strong understanding of airflow, duct systems, and building envelope principles.
Valid driver’s license.
