Technical Recruiter

• Source high volumes of candidates for evergreen software engineering roles through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach, applying fresh and creative approaches to keep pipelines moving

• Utilise a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and outside-the-box sourcing strategies

• Screen and interview candidates against role requirements, providing clear and timely feedback to hiring stakeholders

• Manage candidates through initial interview stages, ensuring a smooth and engaging process

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through to offer discussion

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of engaged, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs

• Track pass-through rates across your pipelines, using data to identify blockers early, understand candidate quality, and accurately forecast the hires you can deliver

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business goals in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoy building relationships with candidates and take pride in delivering a positive experience throughout the hiring process

• Have experience sourcing technical candidates using creative, outside-the-box methods beyond LinkedIn Recruiter across multiple countries

• Communicate clearly and openly with candidates and hiring stakeholders alike

• Stay curious about new technologies and enjoy learning enough to speak credibly with software engineers about their work

• Manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, adapting strategies based on role, market and candidate feedback
