B2B Marketing Manager, Investment Promotion

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Investment Promotion team at Helsinki Partners — someone who enjoys combining content, digital marketing and storytelling to promote Helsinki internationally.

This is a broad marketing role with a strong focus on website content, digital user experience and organic visibility. You will develop content that supports foreign direct investment (FDI) and positions Helsinki as an attractive location for international companies and investors exploring expansion opportunities in Europe.

You will work closely with investment promotion advisors, marketing colleagues and ecosystem partners to turn complex business and ecosystem insights into clear, engaging and internationally relevant marketing content.

  Develop website content and landing pages for international companies and investors

  Improve organic visibility through SEO and support AEO development

  Ensure clear messaging, structure and user experience across digital content

  Support B2B marketing campaigns for Helsinki’s priority sectors

  Create and manage email campaigns and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot

  Support marketing for business programs, international events and investment promotion activities

  Contribute to marketing materials for international investors

  Monitor performance and optimize content, user journeys and campaign effectiveness

  Planning and coordinating B2B PR activities
  

You will work in the Investment Promotion Unit and report to the Head of Investment Promotion. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Helsinki. Our working language is English. • 3–6 years of experience in B2B, digital, content or growth marketing

• Strong experience in website content management and digital content production

• Good understanding of SEO and organic growth; AEO experience is an advantage

• Experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Ability to simplify complex business topics into clear and engaging content

• Comfortable working across several marketing activities in a collaborative environment

Experience with investment promotion, technology sectors, startup ecosystems or real estate investment marketing is considered an advantage.
