Responsibilities

Develop and manage assigned sales territory with a focus on growing market share and achieving sales targets

Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

Conduct face-to-face sales calls and consultations with dental professionals and practice owners
- →
Present Henry Schein's comprehensive product, technology, equipment, and business solutions offerings
- →
Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and territory planning
- →
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- →
Negotiate and close sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives
- →
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline development

Partner with internal teams and resources to provide exceptional customer support and solutions
- →
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and business opportunities
- →
Participate in educational programs, trade shows, conventions, and industry events to maximize sales opportunities

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity within the territory
- →
Maintain accurate sales activity records, reports, and forecasts
- →
Develop and execute strategic territory plans that align with company initiatives and objectives
Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
3–5 years of professional sales experience
Experience developing and growing a sales territory
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive results
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM platforms and business technology tools
Dental industry experience is considered a strong asset, but is not required
