Experienced Roofing Sales – Manager in Training | $150K+ | San Antonio & Surrounding Areas

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to move beyond personal production and into leadership.

We’re growing throughout San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Bulverde, Boerne, and surrounding areas and are looking for proven producers who want to help build a high-performing sales team.

If you have at least 1 year of roofing sales experience, understand storm restoration, and want a real path into leadership, this could be your next move.

You’ll continue producing in the field while developing the skills needed to lead a team.

• →Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities
• →Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
• →Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• →Manage projects from inspection through completion
• →Recruit and help onboard new sales representatives
• →Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
• →Help develop new team members
• →Lead through personal production and accountability
• →Help build Heritage’s North San Antonio sales team

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Residential storm restoration experience preferred
• Proven ability to generate business
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven
• Comfortable with door-to-door field sales
• Interested in recruiting, coaching, and developing others

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable climbing and inspecting residential roofs
• Ability to work independently in the field
