As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you’ll remain active in the field while developing into a successful sales leader.

You’ll:

• →Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
• →Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
• →Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• →Manage roofing projects from initial inspection through completion
• →Build strong relationships with homeowners
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• →Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
• →Train and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field coaching
• →Help newer representatives improve their sales skills
• →Lead by example through personal production
• →Drive accountability and team performance
• →Help expand Heritage throughout Dallas and surrounding communities

We’re looking for experienced roofing professionals who have already proven they can sell and are ready for more responsibility.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Have a proven track record of generating residential roofing sales
• Have experience with insurance restoration claims
• Are competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Communicate well and build strong relationships
• Enjoy coaching and developing others
• Are comfortable holding yourself and others accountable
• Want to build and lead a team
• Are motivated by performance-based advancement
• Want a long-term leadership career—not just another roofing sales job

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Residential storm restoration experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and perform roof inspections
• Ability to work throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area as needed
