As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Nashville and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• →Generate new business through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• →Perform complimentary roof and exterior property inspections
• →Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• →Take photos and gather project information
• →Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• →Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• →Maintain consistent communication with customers
• →Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• →Build strong customer relationships
• →Generate referrals and repeat business
• →Deliver an exceptional customer experience

This is a field-based position where you’ll spend your time meeting people, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities.

You do not need roofing experience to succeed at Heritage.
