Roofing Sales Manager in Training | Leadership Fast Track | $150K–$300K+

We're expanding into the Oklahoma City market and looking for experienced roofing sales professionals with at least one year of roofing sales experience who want to grow into leadership while earning exceptional income.

This isn't just another sales position—it's a Leadership Development Program designed to prepare high-performing sales professionals for future Team Leader roles.

• → Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
• → Manage projects from inspection through completion
• → Build strong homeowner relationships
• → Recruit, train, and mentor future sales representatives
• → Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability
• → Help build Heritage's Oklahoma City market

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Experience with insurance restoration claims
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Desire to grow into a leadership role

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training in Dallas, TX
