Heritage is building the Modern Investment Office - supporting some of the most prominent families globally to achieve their capital enhancement and preservation goals.

During your internship, you will work directly with the Founders and Leadership Team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, gaining unique exposure to the decisions that shape the growth of the business. You will contribute across a broad range of priorities, including:

Partnering with the Founders on strategic decision-making, supporting key initiatives related to the company’s value proposition, service offering, and long-term growth priorities
Supporting investor relations activities, including the preparation of high-quality materials, reports, and analyses for existing and prospective investors
Working cross-functionally across the business, including Investing, Finance, and Strategy, to drive key value-creation initiatives and help ensure effective execution
Contributing to the company’s scaling journey by supporting optimization and development projects across departments, helping improve processes, coordination, and overall business performance

To excel in this role, a proactive approach is needed, along with a fast-learning, highly analytical mindset and confidence to work in an extensively growing environment. The ideal candidate has outstanding Problem Solving Skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Academic Excellence (with grades on your CV)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
You are available for a 6-month Curricular internship starting in April 2026.
