Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School or equivalent university degree, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations or In a Store environment, Supply Chain, or a similar operational environment. Experience in an international or multi-market organization is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering high operational standards and excellent client experience.
Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate operational needs.
Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across different teams, functions, markets and levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Cegid, SAP, Power BI or other retail/supply chain systems is a plus.
Fluency in French and English. Dutch is considered a plus.
