We are home to the only trauma center in New London and Windham counties and are the only area hospital with LIFE STAR helicopter services. We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities.

• →Obtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requests.
• →Utilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts. Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet orders. 
• →Obtains daily report of patients/residents receiving nourishments, tube feedings, and supplements.  May assist in gathering and/or delivering products as needed.  
• →Assists with assembling and delivering patient/resident meals.    
• →Perform other related duties as required. 

Minimum Requirements

• →Education: None
• →Experience: None
• →Licensure, Certification, Registration: N/A
• →Language Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak English

Preferred Requirements

• →Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• →Experience: One year of experience in nutrition related or customer service field 
• →Licensure, Certification, Registration: Certified Dietetic Technician 
• →Language Skills: Additional languages a plus
