About Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH)

OAH partners with Hartford HealthCare to deliver exceptional physical and occupational therapy services directly within OAH offices. This integrated model gives therapists direct access to top orthopedic surgeons, opportunities to observe surgeries onsite, and a truly team-centered approach to patient care.

You’ll join a talented group of clinicians, assistants, and office staff who work together to help patients regain mobility and return to active lifestyles—supported by some of the best orthopedic physicians, nurses, and PAs in New England.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapist with Orthopedic Associates, you will independently evaluate patients, develop evidence‑based treatment plans, and deliver or delegate therapeutic interventions for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Your daily work may include treatment of patients with Joint replacements, Sports‑related injuries, Back and extremity pain, Acute or chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction and more.

You will use your expertise in strength assessment, motor control, mobility, soft tissue integrity, posture, gait, balance, cardiopulmonary endurance, and functional abilities to help patients restore function and return to active lifestyles.

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Active or temporary CT PT license
• Strong interest in orthopedic patient care and rehabilitation
