Front Office Assistant Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Assistant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support our front desk operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries

- Supervise and support front office staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints promptly and effectively

- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and reservations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and guest service excellence

- Monitor and manage front desk supplies and equipment to ensure optimal functionality

- Assist in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and service standards

- Support management in administrative tasks and reporting as needed

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- 1 year previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
