HRIS Analyst / UKG Systems Leader

About Us Kayana is a talent agency connecting Filipino Remote Professionals with global companies that operate within real systems and value disciplined execution.
Kayana is a talent agency connecting Filipino Remote Professionals with global companies that operate within real systems and value disciplined execution. We don't place people in gig work; we partner with organizations building structured teams where accountability, clear communication, and operational excellence aren't slogans; they're how the business actually runs.
When you join Kayana, you don't get a one-off gig. You get a seat.
We're hiring a remote HRIS Analyst / UKG Systems Leader to own, optimize, and strategically elevate the HR technology infrastructure of a growing operational business, with particular depth in UKG.
This is not a task-taker role. HR systems are critical business infrastructure, not administrative tools. They drive workforce efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence. The right operator treats UKG and the HRIS stack as a strategic asset to be built, governed, and continuously improved.
You'll operate as the primary expert for HR systems architecture and governance, balancing technical depth with practical HR operations. You'll report into the CHRO and operate as an embedded member of the HR leadership team, with full support from Kayana's operations layer behind you.
