The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing inbound customer communication, scheduling, administrative support, and customer follow-up. This position reports to the Office Manager and plays a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- →Greet walk-in customers and provide front-desk support
- →Assist with club memberships, warranties, and quality control processes
- →Handle customer follow-up, open estimates, and service bookings
- →Assist with parts and warranty administration
- →Participate in on-call customer service and dispatch rotation
Requirements

- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
What We Offer
~1 min readThis position primarily operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
