Facility Manager

Role: Facility Manager 

Location: Beaver, West Virginia 

This role will provide relocation assistance.

• Manage the daily operations of the grow and processing facility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting production standards.
• Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly.
• Monitor output and quality to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations.
• Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment.
• Organize production schedules, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, developing team members, and the plant itself.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve maximum results and a positive and safe team culture.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and techniques.
• Strategic planning, attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, problem solve and coordinate productively between the national and local teams.
