• Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same.
• Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers.
• Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business.

• You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love being part of a winning team.
• You have experience with operating a point-of-sale system, cash handling, and have meticulous attention to detail.
• You are great at adapting and multi-tasking, showcasing your ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Capable of managing oneself and supervising others effectively.
• Demonstrates strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making.
