About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our U.S. operations team. This role serves as a key counterpart to our UK shipping team, with a primary focus on domestic shipments and U.S. outbound logistics.
Based in our Baltimore facility, this position plays a critical role in coordinating shipping activities across multiple departments—including fabric, samples, wallcovering, drapery, warehouse, and office operations—ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows across functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, with a focus on U.S. outbound logistics
  • Interact with government entities to prepare and process required import/export documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather, verify, and provide shipping-related information
  • Arrange third party movements between company locations and clients
  • Generate and manage invoices and credit notes related to shipping activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the internal shipping system
  • Monitor shipping processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Support shipping-related projects and general administrative tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall shipping processes
