Operations Admin (Temp/Part-Time)

• →Intake and process store orders placed through Shopify/Retool
• →Maintain accurate customer and order records with precise attention to detail
• →Provide order support and status updates for customers and internal teams
• →Accurate data processing and reporting
• →Maintain workflow of open orders and update order statuses throughout the day
• →Process orders within established SLA timeframes
• →Assist with inventory breakdowns, manual order fulfillment, and general office support tasks as needed

• 2 years of previous administrative and/or customer service experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic experience with Asana, Shopify, and HelpScout preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $22–$26/hr. Temporary engagement is up to 22 weeks (intermittent), max of 29 hrs/week.
