The Freezer and Dry Storage Warehouse Operator ensures the accurate movement of products throughout the facility. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, loading, and shipping while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset. Every order you handle helps deliver the right products to customers on time and in full.

Responsibilities

→Verify products before picking and loading to ensure accurate order fulfillment
→Inspect incoming finished goods transfers and maintain inventory accuracy
→Verify inbound dry materials and complete truck inspections in accordance with SQF and allergen-control requirements
→Prepare, secure, and stage orders for loading using mobile technology
→Move materials throughout the warehouse to support organization and maximize storage space
→Identify, investigate, and report damaged materials or trailers to leadership
→Work collaboratively to support daily operational goals
→Maintain clean warehouse areas that meet food safety standards
→Assist team members with shipping and receiving issues as needed
→Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
→Meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations
→Work independently while demonstrating initiative and accountability

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum two years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment required
Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment preferred-high reach forklift
Experience with warehouse documentation and inventory processes required
ERP experience preferred; Microsoft D365 experience is a plus
Knowledge of manufacturing inventory systems preferred
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
