Our mission is to ensure that no one in the world has to suffer from a treatable skin disease because of an access issue ever again.

Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science-backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail.

Our tech-forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA-approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time (24 hours vs an industry average of 6 months).

Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI.

At Honeydew, we're redefining how Americans access dermatology care by removing longstanding barriers to affordability, access, and treatment quality. Our model makes evidence-backed care easy to obtain and genuinely effective at scale. The opportunity in front of us is enormous, and we’re still in the early chapters of building something category-defining.

We’re now building a world-class operations team that pairs analytical rigor with deep empathy for our patients and providers. This role sits at the center of that effort.

The Clinical Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality, safety, and consistency of clinical care delivered at Honeydew Care. You’ll work closely with the Provider Operations Lead and Chief Medical Officer to review clinical documentation, monitor adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements, identify quality trends, and partner with clinical teams to drive continuous improvement.
