~1 min readYou’ll be a key connector between patients, providers, and the broader care team—ensuring every visit is smooth, thoughtful, and impactful.
- Welcome patients and set the tone for a positive, comfortable experience
- Prepare exam rooms and anticipate care needs (vaccines, labs, screenings)
- Room patients efficiently while capturing accurate, meaningful clinical info
- Take vitals, review medications, and identify patient needs
- Support providers so they can stay focused on care—not logistics
- Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests
- Administer vaccines and screenings (within certification)
- Assist with procedures and care delivery
- Coordinate diagnostics, DME, and follow-up care
- Provide phone support and guidance to patients
- Collaborate in care team meetings to improve outcomes
- Help ensure continuity and follow-through on care plans
- Maintain clean, safe, fully stocked exam rooms
- Manage supplies and support quality control processes
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
You’re not just technically skilled—you genuinely care.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or equivalent training)
- 1+ year healthcare experience (or clinical rotations)
- BLS/CPR certified
- Comfortable using EMR systems
Nice to Have

- Experience in primary care clinics, value-based or team-based care environments
