Front Dest/Guest Services Associate (FT/PT, Year-Round)

Two Capes Lookout is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and being part of a small hospitality team. We’re open to full-time or part-time applicants and can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person.

• →Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• →Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions
• →Communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person
• →Help resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
• →Provide information about the property and surrounding area
• →Complete general front desk and administrative tasks
• →Use computers and basic hospitality/property management software
• →Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure a smooth guest experience
• →Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Comfortable with general computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and basic office tasks
• A good communicator with strong attention to detail
• Able to stay organized and calm when things get busy
• Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed
