Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Senior Revenue Operations Coordinator (Deal Desk) will be responsible for managing order processes and supporting deal desk activities in the EMEA region. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Global Deal Desk in the US, this role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in order management and deal desk responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross functionally is a must.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote-to-Cash and other relevant sales and AI tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
