Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger’s product marketing team as a senior marketing specialist! In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Product Marketing Managers to execute marketing initiatives end to end - from turning strategy into clear briefs to coordinating delivery with teams across marketing, product, and external partners. You’ll keep projects moving on time and on quality, helping translate product use cases, offers, and launches into campaigns that attract users, increase attach rate, and billings.

Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our products

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support product marketing activities

Work hands-on with affiliate and content partners, finding new partners, briefing collaborators, tracking performance

Keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation

Assist in identifying potential partners and researching relevant topics, use cases, and customer insights

Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform marketing strategies

Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Help plan, organize, and execute various online and offline events, including meetups, webinars, workshops, and conferences

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry. Experience in product marketing is a plus

Hands-on experience in managing large-scale marketing projects or campaigns

Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions

High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal English communication skills
