Lease Initiation Agent Description - The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for this role. Job Summary * Ensure devices installed & leasing contract terms aligned * Leasing Approval to remove Billing Blocks to Finance Partner to trigger asset sale invoices * Prepare lease exhibit & initiation package * Execute Lease Initiation w/ Finance Partner * Input to Lease Accelerator (Lease Accounting Tool) * Prepare funding line of sight report to stakeholders ( SDMS, AOMS, CSMS, C&C , FP, GLE Mgment ) for consolidation at country/ market & BU level weekly . * Monthly KPI RCA & CAPA on missed targets Outcomes/Value delivered by this role for HP * Enhanced Operational Efficiency: By streamlining leasing processes, the Specialist ensures operations are smooth, cost-effective, and timely. This efficiency directly impacts the bottom line by reducing operational costs and improving turnaround times. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regional leasing laws and standards mitigates legal and financial risks. This compliance is crucial for maintaining the organization's reputation and avoiding potential legal disputes or penalties. * Financial Performance and Revenue Growth: Through effective management of leasing operations and budget, the specialist contributes to the financial health of the organization. This includes optimizing revenue streams from leases and identifying cost-saving measures. * Customer Satisfaction and Relationships: By enhancing the leasing experience for clients and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, the specialist boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is vital for repeat business and a strong market reputation. * Innovation and Technological Advancement: Implementing new technologies and innovative practices in leasing operations can lead to improved services and operational capabilities. Skills/ Competencies * Some experienced in leasing/financing; * Eye for details; * Collaborative and team player; * Good communicator * Customer oriented mindset * Results oriented * Good time management * Able to work unsupervised * Education/qualification requirement: Graduate of Business Administration (fresh graduates acceptable) * Good written and verbal English communication skills * Excellent Excel Skills * Excellent Problem Solving Skills * Some knowledge of Managed Services business * Some knowledge of Customer Operations process * Some knowledge of leasing * Ability to coordinate other functional areas to resolve problems.
