Join the Analytics organization at HP Inc. and play a key role in driving large-scale supply chain transformation and digital programs. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies. * Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. * Manage cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions. * Support Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency. * Contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW. * Lead or contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions. * Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale. * Utilize project and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent) to track milestones, risks, and deliverables. * Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making. * Ensure program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility. Skills & Competencies * Strong program and project management experience, particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. * Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication across business and technical teams. * Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations environments. * Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs (SAP preferred). * Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent problem-solving, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Qualifications & Experience * 4–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles. * Experience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred. * Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred.
