Python Developer

Management Level Definition:

Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

Responsibilities:

• →Define, design, and develop a scalable, web-based automation platform that supports manufacturing partners and business operations.
• →Create and maintain functional design specifications, process workflows, system integration documentation, and connectivity architecture documentation.
• →Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reverse engineering to resolve incidents and complex production issues.
• →Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing strategies to ensure solution quality, reliability, and performance.
• →Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• →Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of complex, large-scale technology projects.
• →Ability to work on multiple concurrent initiatives of varying size and complexity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• →Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software solutions from architecture through deployment and support.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Typically 4-6 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Using testing tools and software packages to automate test and bring-up processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building scalable, HA, and high-performance applications.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ML solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, APIs and business workflows. 
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Proficiency in Python and data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter Notebooks
• Strong hands-on experience and deep technical proficiency in the following technologies:
• Backend Technologies:  Python, Java, JPA, Hibernate, Django, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Laravel
• Frontend Technologies:  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Relational Databases: MySQL, Oracle Database
• NoSQL Databases:  Apache HBase, MongoDB
• Cloud & Microservices Technologies:  Docker, Kubernetes, Vert.x
• Web Services & APIs:  SOAP, REST, Flask, FastAPI, NGINX
• machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
