Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and CloudFormation.
Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA2.
Familiarity with Splunk and observability tools like Datadog, Mixpanel, etc.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security standards, and testing practices.
Excellent communication skills with a strong consulting mindset.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to overall team growth.

→Support and coordinate both technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, application design, and implementation.
→Serve as a principal developer within project teams, providing expert guidance on both business and technical matters.
→Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed while fostering team collaboration and cohesion.
→Act as a key point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and workstreams.
→Proactively collaborate with the team to plan strategies, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
→Mentor technical team members, provide support where required, and lead efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.
→Contribute to and guide the recruitment of top technical talent for the team.
