SAP BI Group Technical Lead (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall data and analytics architecture strategy across the SAP ecosystem.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA.

Define and maintain enterprise-wide SAP data and analytics architecture to support business intelligence, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Develop and execute technology roadmaps for SAP Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and optimal system performance.

Architect and oversee data migration and integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems while ensuring data integrity, governance, and consistency.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to establish data ownership, governance frameworks, and standardized data models.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities across the organization.

Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on SAP analytics strategy, architecture, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to BI and analytics teams throughout project lifecycles.

Monitor emerging SAP Data & Analytics technologies and recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and data governance principles.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP BI, data architecture, analytics, and enterprise data management.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and hybrid SAP environments.

Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale analytics and reporting architectures.

Experience with data governance, data lifecycle management, and enterprise data strategy.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional business and technical teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
