Business Analyst- Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

 Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement through Oracle solutions.  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle systems.  Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating effective communication and understanding of Oracle-related projects.  Conduct gap analyses to determine the discrepancies between current and desired Oracle system functionalities.  Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.  Provide training and support to users on Oracle systems, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes.  Monitor Oracle system performance and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any issues or challenges.  Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.  Participate in the planning and execution of Oracle system upgrades or migrations.  Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on the progress, outcomes, and ROI of Oracle initiatives. Requirements  B. Tech in any Specialization or MCA  3 - 7 years of experience in Oracle Application EBS.  Good Functional Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules  Functional Communication Skills Desirable  Proven track record as an Oracle Implementation consultant  Certification will be an added advantage
