Experience of handling a large team of service engineers in above companies - Communicating &maintaining relations with corporate customers. - Managing organizational service by developing & mitigating a business plan for service team - Coordinating with marketing on lead generation& supporting sales divisions - Promoting the organizational and new products via spares - Understand needs of premium customers and supporting them throughout life cycle of machine. - Experience in planning and implementing business strategies. - Experience in customer relationship management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - MANGERIAL skills to handle a large team of service engineers based in various locations.
