Engineering Manager - Wastewater

Leadership & Team Management Lead daily operations of the engineering department Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff Assign projects and resolve technical issues Develop work plans aligned with organizational goals 2. Engineering & Design Review Review water distribution and wastewater collection system designs Evaluate development submittals for compliance and constructability Analyze system performance, hydraulic issues, and water quality 3. Project & Infrastructure Management Identify system rehabilitation and replacement projects Prepare cost estimates and track project budgets, schedules, and performance Coordinate engineering activities with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies 4. Field & System Analysis Participate in field investigations and hydraulic analysis Conduct fire flow testing and evaluate system capacity for new developments 5.
