Responsibilities

→Lead and manage construction projects for Civil works for rig installation, residential buildings, offices, and related infrastructure etc.
→Plan, design, and review structural and civil/mechanical/electrical related works in compliance with standards and regulations
→Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to drawings
→Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
→Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets
→Monitor project progress and ensure completion within deadlines and budget
→Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
→Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
→Manage subcontractors and workforce on-site
→Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management
→Oversee maintenance and post-construction activities when required
→Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
→Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external authorities for project approvals, permits, right-of-way matters, and resolution of site-related issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
20 years of experience in residential/commercial/office buildings & infrastructure and industrial projects etc.
Valid PEC Registration
Preferred Valid PMP certification
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Project management & leadership
Strong technical and structural analysis skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and other engineering software
Budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication and team coordination
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
